Projects at Cold Point Pvt. Ltd., are handled by a separate team with the expertise and experience in executing large air-conditioning requirements. The team headed by a General Manager, with over 25 years in erection and commissioning of Packaged Units and Central Plants, handles all installations of split, cassettes, ductables, VRV, inverter etc., Approved material of world class quality alone is permitted to be used. The copper tubing, comprising the suction and discharge lines, is carefully insulated. The drainpipe is swathed in insulation material to prevent sweating and seepage. The entire connecting material, including the cables, is housed in a rigid PVC tube for further protection.

Where ducting is involved, the best quality sheet metal of adequate thickness only is used. Here again, the insulation material is of world class quality. Utmost care is taken to ensure proper sealing of joints to prevent any leakage of air. Grills used are excellent in both quality and aesthetics.

The tools used on site are state-of-the-art. Manual chipping and demolition are avoided as far as possible and this eliminates crude finish, weakening of structures and saves time. All members of the installation teams are well versed in the use of the latest machines and tools. In short, everything possible is done to ensure smooth installation, with least wastage of manpower, material and time, resulting in long-term savings to the customer.
