A team of design engineers, well versed in CADD and in HVAC, studies the requirements, calculates accurate heat loads and prepares drawings for perusal and approval. The team also visits the site to corroborate it with the drawings and prepares offers to the customer or the architect. The design team also assists the sales force with technical information where required.
An experienced projects teamtakes over the installation, testing and commissioning activities once the sale transaction is complete. Project supervisors monitor the accuracy and quality of installation and interact with the client’s engineers for optimal coordination.
Seven zones, spread across the city and its suburbs, each headed by a zonal manager with a dedicated assistant, reach out seamlessly and in quick tine to customers in their zones, providing warranty, post warranty and breakdown services. Every call is closely monitored till satisfactory completion and each minute detail of service rendered is recorded. The zones are well equipped to handle all repairs other than major breakdowns. As an extension, a mobile service van is equipped to take service to the customer’s doorstep.
Central Service Station
A state-of-art service centre handles all breakdown calls that require the machine to be brought in for major repairs. Every activity is carried out by experienced technicians and each unit is placed on a test bed and tested for all functional parameters before delivery to the customer.
A comfortable, well-staffed office comprises the administrative departments of accounts, stores and purchase. Each division is headed by a qualified and competent manager and provides real time data and information to keep every function of the company at peak efficiency all the time.
